KeyPointClaims.com

There are probably many, many people who have been injured in accidents who haven't gotten the compensation that they deserve, don't you think?! I was recently thinking about this as I came across a great website while browsing the web. Keypointclaims.com is the site and they have services to help those who have been injured in accidents get the compensation that they deserve. It's a personal injury compensation service. In checking out their site, I was really impressed with how user friendly and easy to navigate it was. It offers a wealth of information on the services they provide, as well as ways of contacting them. I once had to file an Accident Compensation claim and it wasn't a very easy process. I wish I would have known about this site at that time because it would have made life a whole lot easier! I'd like to share this information with others who are in the same situation I was, and who have a need for great services like Keypointclaims.com has to offer. If you'd like to learn more, I strongly suggest you head over to their site today. I was very impressed with all the information they have there, as well as with the services they offer and I think you will be as well. So what are you waiting for, head over there today.

What to have...

Hmmm...what to have for supper. I'm not much of a cook, but lately I have been really craving one of two things...enchiladas or homemade tacos. Both recipes take a while to make, but they just sound so good!! Don't you think?!? It's usually something that I would wait to have until a weekend when there was more time to make it. However, it sounds like something that would be really good to have for supper tonight. Hmm...what will it be?!? I think tacos.

Business Mortgages

Mortgages are something that I didn't know much about until my sister and her husband bought a house last year. They filled me in on all of the details, because it is something that I'm going to be facing before we know it! I have even learned about business mortgages more and more with the company I am currently employed with. With this new found interest I have with mortgages, I learned more about and a great website, Businessmortgages.co.uk, that I wanted to share with everyone. They are a Commercial Mortgages UK service that helps business find great quotes on property that they can buy. It's nice to have people who will work with you to find the very best deals. In looking at their site I was quite impressed with how user friendly and easy to navigate it was! You simply put in your information and then with the click of a button, get your quote! There's also a lot of helpful information available as well, including a mortgage calculator. If you're interested in learning more about business mortgages and how this company can help you get the best quote around...head over to their site today! I was very impressed with all they had to offer, and I think you will be too!!

Bad Weather

The weather isn't too nice out there tonight. When I went to work this morning it wasn't bad at all...but leaving work....it was like a blizzard. The snow is falling quite heavily, making it very hard to see very far in front of you while driving. Since it's getting dark out besides, that makes it worse! Nights like this make me wish for Spring even more!! Hopefully it's coming soon...I don't like this winter weather at all!!

New Job?!

Tomorrow is the big day! I have a pretty intense day full of interviewing and touring for a job that I'm looking into. It's basically like the job that I have now, except it requires a little more responsibility! I really enjoy working for John Deere, I'm sure anyone else who does would agree. They're a wonderful company and everything I do there is right up my alley. It's all stuff that I enjoy doing. I'm so glad I went into what I did.

Online Education

This blog post is based on information provided by Blogitive. For more information, please visit Blogitive.com.

How many have considered going back to school to further their education? I know I have, but it would be rather difficult since I am in a full time position right now with the company that I work for. That's when it's good to consider an online education through a great school like Capella University. This is a fully accredited online university that's known for the variety in degrees they offer. One of the faculty members there, Dr. James L Greenstone, wrote a book... The Elements of Disaster Psychology: Managing Psychosocial Trauma-An Integrated APproach to Force Protection and Acute Care. It became available this month, and is a great resource for day to day disaster response and crisis intervention. This all sounded very interesting to me, so I wanted to share it with all of you as well. You can learn more about Capella, getting an online psychology degree, and this book by visiting their website today!

So Big

My sister sent me some updated pictures of Kaelyn today! She has gotten so big! I can't believe how much she has changed in just a couple of months. She's smiling so much more, grabbing at things, even trying to sit up some! She's such a sweetie....I can't wait to see her in a couple of weeks. I was just telling my mom how much I missed her and my nephew. Hopefully I will get the chance to get down to Texas and see them as well soon.

Debt

Debt is something that every body deals with these days. It's not out of the ordinary, or necessarily bad, as long as you know how to handle it. After going to college, I definitely know what debt is like. Thankfully I was brought up to know how to handle it, but not everyone does. Many people who are in debt continue to get in debt and some even face bankruptcy. That's when they turn to debt management services which are great at helping people avoid bankruptcy and get back on the right track. For me it would be very easy to continue to get further in debt if I hadn't make it a point to only borrow as much money as I knew I"d be able to afford to pay back after college was over. I also made sure that the repayment plan lined up with the money I make so that I'm sure to make every payment on time, sometimes even early. Having debt isn't bad, it's how you handle your debt that's the important part. I'm glad that there are people out there to help when debt becomes overwhelming to one's life. Debt and bankruptcy are both things you hear of a lot these days, so having services out there available to us is very important. You can visit this site that I recently came across to learn more about IVA and all things related to debt management.

Enjoying my job!

I'm sure loving my new job so far!! It's great having the opportunity to move up within a company that I absolutely love working for!! I'm glad that I had this opportunity, and could see myself working here for a long time!! I'm sure there will be things to learn at times, but having a job you love....the learning stuff doesn't make a difference. Everything is great when you enjoy going to work every day!

Moving

When I get married someday, I'd love to move to a state like Alabama. I think it would be great to live somewhere in the south where it's warm much of the year. I've been so interested in this that I've actually been looking for Alabama land for sale. I'm interested in building a home if we move there, so the price of land and location is important to me. I'm not moving any time soon, but it's still fun to look! Hopefully someday I will be able to afford to build the home of my dreams.

Projects

I was talking with my sister recently and it sounds like they are doing a lot of different things to their house recently. They are putting up a wall, painting, getting new carpet, and they would really like to get new light fixtures for their hallway. I am really looking forward to visiting them again to see all of these changes...I'm sure it all looks really nice!! It's nice that they can do some of those things and update their house some.

Regency

I graduated with a lot of people who were interested in going to cosmetology school. Living in the midwest, one of the beauty schools that many of these people considered was Regency. The reason being is that they have been around for over 50 years and known for their great school. They actually have 30 campuses across the US, which gives people the option of where they want to study. From what I've been told by others, they have a very unique way of teaching there that gives the students a hands on approach to everything they will need to know in the real world. Speaking of the real world, they also help you with placements which is great when you're looking for a job. If you're interested in learning more about them, take a look at their site today.

Motels

I was at a motel not that long ago and I noticed a bath lift in the bathroom. This room was really neat...not only because of that, but there was a really nice desk in the room as well as some great furniture too. It was a business trip that I took for work, so it was a really nice room. I was really impressed and would definitely stay in a place like that again.

Such a nice computer

I sure am loving my new Mac computer! I used to have a Gateway, but I definitely couldn't go back to that after having a Mac. There is just so much you can do with a Mac. They are a bit spendy, especially this new one I got, but if you spend a lot of time on the computer like I do...it is perfect! My girlfriend was using it last night and she really likes it too. It's so nice!! The commercial really does not do it justice!

Trip to Texas

I recently saw pictures of my little nephew who lives in Texas. I haven't seen him since Christmas, so as you can imagine he has grown so much! He looks so big. They had him sitting up against the arm of a chair in their apartment and he looked like such a big boy. I can't believe how quickly these babies are growing. Now that I have this new job, I really need to try to make it down there to visit them. I'd love to see them all again.

Credit Card Options

I remember when I was in college it was beyond easy to get a credit card if I wanted. It seemed that every day a new offer would come in the mail. Thank goodness I was smart enough not to take any of these offers, as they are never what they seem to be. When it comes to credit cards, it's important to remember to take your time and look for one that's right for you. I found creditcardsearchengine.com to be useful in finding the right credit card. They allow you to compare credit cards and then apply for the ones that you are interested in. Whether you're looking for something with low interest,Sports Credit Card Offers, or reward incentives, this is the place for you. Take a look at their site to learn more and see what you think!

Photo Editing Software

I was talking with my sister last night. She got a new laptop because her other one crashed. She really likes it a lot, but it doesn't have the photo editing software that she loves. She takes lots of pictures of her daughter and really wants a good program that will allow her to crop pictures, take out red eye, etc. I was giving her some input as to the free programs available online, so I'm not sure what she was going to go with, but hopefully she found something that she likes.

I was just thinking last night that it's been quite a long time since I was back home to visit my family. I think it's been since Christmas maybe?!? Wow. The time sure has flown by. I can't believe it's been that long. Between work and everything else I hardly get a chance to even think about having time to go back. I really need to make time though, I'd like to see everyone again. My sister, her husband their daughter live up that way too...so I could visit them as well. I may have to do that very soon!

Vacation

This time of year it seems that everyone is taking vacations. And not any old vacation either...many people choose to go somewhere warm since it's so cold here in the midwest. I'm thinking I would like to go on a vacation as well, and was actually looking into the Karisma Hotels. They are located on the Mexican Riviera Maya and offer a new gourmet-inclusive concept which is great for anyone who loves food! Reading about them I found out that they're known for their outstanding service, great accommodations and what's best is everything is included in one price. I think I could really enjoy a vacation like this and am going to look into it further to see if this Mexico Vacation is for me.

Teething Baby

I was talking with my sister the other day and she told me that they think Kaelyn is teething already. She's nearly 4 months old now and is showing all the signs of getting her bottom two teeth in. They even can see them just under the gums. I guess she's been doing pretty well...just sucking on her fingers a lot, drooling, etc. Sometimes I guess babies can get pretty fussy, but she's been so good. That doesn't surprise me though, she's a really good baby.

New Mac

I got the new MacBook Air in the mail the other day...and boy is it cool! I thought the Mac that I had before was small...but this is tiny. The commercial that you see on television simply doesn't do it justice. It's smaller and just nicer than even the commercial conveys. I am still getting used to it, but really like it a lot. It's great for work and personal use!! I am anxious to show my family...I really think they will like it as well.

The Wedding Channel has a great site for those who need a little help when it comes to planning tools, vendor lists, registry info and more!! I am really hungry all of a sudden, so I think I'm going to find something for lunch. It's my lunch break, which means I don't have much time. They go by so quickly...too quickly for that matter! I don't know if I should grab something to eat, or if I should find something in my cupboards. My girlfriend made me a really yummy supper not that long ago...that would really be good I think. Maybe leftovers are the way to go today? Sounds good to me...

Magic Loans

I recently came across a site, Magic Loans. Being someone who has had his share of loans and possibly looking at a mortgage in the future as well...it was a site of deep interest to me. As I read the useful news stories that they had available on there, one in particular caught my attention. It was titled, Nest Improves Pump Pension into Home. Basically what this was about was how 20 percent of people in their 60's spend their retirement in doing home improvements. Whether it's new kitchen, bathroom or something else...people seem to be spending their money like this more and more as they reach retirement age. Although this is not something that I would consider doing with my retirement, they are in luck as they do have access to money. People who own their homes are thought to have access to money this year, because there are secured loans that they could get quite easily. This is a good thing at least. There are many reasons why people at all ages may need some extra money, and Secured Loan are an excellent choice. If you'd like to read more interesting stories like this and learn more about Magic Loans, i strongly urge you to check out their site today!!

I'm pretty excited, because I recently talked with my sister and she told me that she, her husband and my little niece would like to come down and visit me sometime next month. Workshops

Anyone who knows me, knows that I have many fun hobbies that I like to do. Most of them involve working with hands. I just love tools....and working on cars, building things with wood...the list goes on. As you can tell, much of what I like to do in spare time can not be done in the house. Recently I came across a great site, http://www.lidget.co.uk/ that sells Garages, which really got me thinking. I am going to be looking around for houses of my own sometime in the near future and I want to make sure that I have what I need to be able to do the hobbies I love, like working on my cars and building things. To do this I definitely am going to need a garage or buildings that are big enough for what I do. I am going to make it a point to look for the property that has space for one of these buildings and will not settle for less. In looking at this site more in depth, I definitely think I would go for one of the workshops that they have available. How about you? If you had the space, what kind of a garage would you want to get? I asked my dad this and he would love to have a garage to put his work car in. It seems all of us have uses for another garage or building on our property and this is the site that can help you make that happen.

Satellite heading towards Earth

I've been hearing more and more about this US Spy Satellite that supposed to be falling to the earth within the next couple of weeks. It sounds like the government is doing all they can to make sure that there will not be any harm to anything or anyone. They're planning on trying to shoot it down with a missile I think. Many people are very curious as to where it may land, but I think it's kind of silly to get all worried about it...there's no telling. From past instances like this one, it probably will land in water.

Great Birthday Present

My girlfriend's birthday is coming up in just a couple of short weeks. She really likes fashion, especially fashion handbags. The thing is, she doesn't have very many, even though she'd love one to go with every outfit. I've been searching the web, and finally came across a site that has what I'm looking for, Online Boutique. They are a great site that offers handmade handbags from Italy!! I recently got a new promotion within the company that I work for. With this promotion comes much more travel than I was doing before. These are things that I wasn't very familiar with until just recently. It's nice to learn new things every day and get to experience new things with this new job!

Now that I am on my own and living in a different city, I really need to find a bank that will tell me about the checking accounts and savings accounts that they offer so I can find something closer to home. It would be much easier to deposit money and withdraw it. I'm going to do some looking around this saturday and see if there isn't a bank for me.

Take a peek at my sister's new blog! I have been helping her work on this blog for quite some time now and am very happy with the way it turned out. Like everything else...this took me a while because I always like my designs and work to be the very best! She liked it a lot too...which is good. If you're interested in reading a great "mom blog", this is for you! A Mom's Balancing Act is all about an everyday wife and mom who's learning day to day how to balance it all!

Working on my blog...

Have you ever been working on a blog and just can't get it to look the way you want?!? Grrr! I'm working on a new blog of mine, and no matter how hard I try...I just can't seem to get the layout the way I want it. It's taken me so long just to figure out a design that looks professional and presentable. Hopefully I can figure it out soon because I'm getting tired out trying to make a decision.

New Bed

I am going to be in the market for a new bed sometime in the near future. I have a really old bed, and although it's ok...it's not as comfortable as I would like it to be. When I am ready to go out and seriously look for a new bed, I'm going to look into those adjustable beds. I think those would be perfect for me. From what I hear they are very comfortable and just nice because they can be adjusted to fit your desire of comfort.
