Hunting Gear-Nikon

When I was younger I used to enjoy hunting with my dad some. We didn't have any of the high tech stuff that people have nowadays like Nikon's All Terrain Binoculars or anything. Have you ever heard of them before? They are supposed to be great for precision optics for hunters. They are also available at great prices. They offer gift cards right now for Nikon Pro Gear as an incentive for people to start shopping! Interested in learning more about how to get Free ATB Pro Gear? You can learn more on NikonProGear.com. Basically if you buy one of the Monarch ATB binoculars, you get a 50 dollar gift card, and if you purchase a Trailblazer ATB or an Action Extreme ATB, you will get a 25 dollar gift card. This deal is good until Dec 31, 2008. Check out their site for more information.

Building a Website

I have been so busy lately! I recently accpeted a promotion in the job I'm working at....and have been busy creating a new website for them. It's not really hard...but definitely takes some time! I can't believe how much time goes into making something like this. I'm very excited to have the opportunity to do this...I just wish I had more time to do it. I've been working late at night trying to get it done. I hope I can get it done in the new couple of days.

aGoodCause.com

www.agoodcause.com is a site which partners with 700 different charities like Save the Children and Red Cross just to name a couple. They want to help make the world a better place, by making it possible for those who shop online to give to their favorite charity for free! That's right, free! All you have to do is download the AidMaker software and you will become a supporter of your charity. Bascially you just purchase any items that you normally would, and if that store is one of the 5000 who takes part in this great cause then they will give a portion of what you spend to your favorite charity at no cost to you. It doesn't get much easier than that. I strongly urge you to check out their site today and see what you think.

Nice Weekend

Things have been kind of crazy around here lately. I had no idea how busy I would be with this new promotion that I took. I love it, but I've been working like crazy. It was nice to get a little break when my sister and her family came down this weekend. We got to relax and just spend tiem together. I took them out to eat a couple of times and we did a little shopping too. I enjoyed getting o see my little niece as well...it had been a while. Now it's back to the same old thing...but am looking forward to only having a 4 day work week.

Crib Bedding

I have decided that the next time one of my siblings has a baby...crib bedding is what I'm going to buy them. They have a couple of sets each right now...but from the sounds of it you can't have enough. I was looking just for fun and there's actually a great deal of variety out there. I was most impressed with the crib bedding on babyearth.com. They have so many styles to choose from and their such good quality. I was very pleased with their selection! They have such a modern feel to them which is what I really like.

Xbox 360

With all the gaming consoles on the market these days it is hard to choose the right one. Many people base their decision on the brand of the product, like Sony's PS3, or Microsoft's xbox 360, or the Nintendo Wii. All of these consoles each have specifics that are unique to them, but I like to think that I choose for other reasons. I choose the Xbox 360 based on the great graphics that they offer with all of their games. Why did you choose your console?

Skype

My sister and her husband recently got a little camera for their computer. They are now on Skype and really have enjoyed talking with myself, and my brother...both of whom live far from them. I am enjoying it, because I not only get to talk with them, but also get to see my little niece. She's such a sweetie! I get to see her quite a bit, but when I don't get to I miss her. It's great having the Skype technology that actually allows people to feel like they have people right there with them. What did we do without technology like this?!?

Skin Care

I enjoy passing along noteworthy sites when I come across them, and recently I came across one I wanted to share....www.drlark.com. I especially wanted to mention the squalane skin care products that they offer. Not only can these products help to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines, but will also help to soften and hydrate your skin as well! Who doesn't want skin like this, right?! Young and old can benefit from the products offered here. They also offer automatic order plans and reasonable prices...so if you'd like to learn more about Dr. Lark, check out their site.

Breakfast

I have to admit, I'm not much of a breakfast eater. I'd like to be, but I just don't find the time to sit down and eat cereal or anything. Part of this is probably because I choose to sleep in as long as I can. I do want to get better about it....as drinking coffee and eating junk in the morning just doesn't start my day off well. I think I'd feel a whole lot better if I got up a little earlier and had a good, nutritious meal. Don't you think? I mean, they do say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

Health Plans

I was given a notice yesterday that our health plans are changing some. It was actually for the better, so I was very excited! Health care is so expensive these days...it's a necessity to have good insurance. The thing is...good insurance is not cheap. It feels like you're paying out a lot of money, but when the time comes that you may need it...you'll be happy you did. I know I'm glad that I work for such a great company that offers such wonderful insurance. I wish everyone had that same option.

Not as I Planned

I'm happy it's the weekend, although it's not as relaxing as I was hoping it would be. I was hoping to just lay around and rest up for the busy week ahead. Sometimes things don't turn out like we hope though. Instead I really needed to get some work done, so I went into work for a few hours this morning. I guess it's not that bad...it's only noon...so I still have the whole day left ahead of me. I'm going to relax and enjoy the rest of my day!

Blowfish Shoes

Not everyone is into fashion....I am one of those people. I enjoy looking nice, but I don't necessarily have to have the newest and most fashionable clothing and accessories. My siblings on the other hand...they are very conscious about this kind of thing. My sister and my brother both love to dress very fashionable. In fact, they both even like the same kinds of brands and clothes.

They were recently telling me about Blowfish Malibu. Have you ever heard of them? They offer some amazing Blowfish Shoes that are very popular among many people. They have Blowfish Men's Shoes and Blowfish Women's Shoes....a large variety to choose from in both group. If you like shoes and fashion...you definitely need to check out their site for more information today!

Exhausting Week

What an exhausting week. I'm ready to just spend time at home and relax with my kitty Mylie. Boy am I glad I got her. She's been such a good little companion. YOu wouldn't think a kitty would be good company...but I so enjoy having her here. I feel bad for her that I travel so much for work...but when I am here it's so nice. I'm glad I got her and that all my family likes her too. That helps when I have to take her back.

Christmas Stuff

I was walking through Walmart the other day, and you would not believe how much Christmas stuff they have out already. I mean...it's everywhere! They have decorations out, and even the ingredients to make Christmas cookies and that sort of holiday treat right out in the center of the isles on display. It's crazy that it's not even Halloween yet, and we're already planning Christmas. I mean, don't get me wrong...I love Christmas...but there's not even snow on the ground yet. It seems to come earlier and earlier each year.

Acne Treatment

When I'm in the grocery store I see so many different types of acne treatments stuff-with-pregnancy.html available. When I was young there weren't all these options. I think it's great, but also think that people need to be careful what they use. There are so many options, and each persons skin is different. If it were me I'd research these different options and see what's best for me. I suggest you do the same if you're looking into other treatment options.

Mark and Associates

I'm sure many people have had more than enough politics to last them a life time once this campaign is over with! It seems that all we hear about. I do find it all interesting...it's just a lot of information. I recently was reading a we release about Mark and Associates, P.C. They are a leading personal injury law firm which applauds Obama for his support of the Jones Act, which is a federal law that offers financial compensation to seamen who have been injured while at work. It said that the president of the Seafarers International Union has also endorsed him for supporting this law. If you're interested in learning more about Obama and this law...check out

Internet Issues

Do you ever get irritated with the internet? I love it, but sometimes when it acts up I could just throw my computer out the window. I don't like it when sites aren't working correctly, or they take FOREVER to load! Especially when I absolutely need to get work done. I know this is just part of the internet...but it's still frustrating. Oh well...what can you do I guess. Complaining doesn't help out any.

Birthday Gifts

I sent out my little nephew's birthday present a while back and he really loved it. It was a John Deere riding toy! He is going to be one Nov 13th, but they are having a birthday party for him early. I wanted him to have it and I'm so glad that they got pics of him. He was walking around behind it and it was SO cute!! I hope my little niece loves hers just as much when she opens on her birthday, Nov 1st! She'll enjoy the little animals in side of it I think the most.

Fashion Jewelry

fashion jewelry sets are the next big thing from what I've been reading and hearing. I know my girlfriend would love some fashion jewelry this year for Christmas. I was looking on Hosted Jewelers website and they are probably the best place to find this type of jewelery in my opinion. They have been around since 1971 and they offer such a wide selection of necklaces, rings, earrings...you name it! I was impressed with this, as well as their prices and user friendliness of their site. I think ease of use is a huge thing when shopping online and this site definitely has other sites beat! Take a look at their site today and see if you see anything popping out at you to buy this holiday season.

John Deere Collectibles

I was talking with my sister recently and she was asking me about the different John Deere figurines that I could find for her husband. He works in agricultre and now that he has an office, he would love some little collectibles to put on his shelves. I think it's kind of surprise for him, so I'm going to try and keep it hush hush from him and find something great. He'll really love whatever I find I think.

Relaxing

Is it already Tuesday! Wow! It seems like when one week goes slow, the next goes by quickly. That's ok with me though, as I'm always ready for the weekend. I like my job, but it keeps me very busy and I don't mind my relaxing weekends one bit!! I think most people are like that though, aren't they?!? I'm not even sure what I'm doing this weekend?? Maybe just relaxing a bit since last weekend I had my business trip that kept me very busy.

Credit Card Acceptance

I have often wondered why all businesses online don't accept credit cards. Haven't you? Many of them do, but the few that don't just boggle my mind. With the age we're in today....of people shopping online and using credit cards as their main source of payment....it only makes sense to have this as an option for payment. Not only do customers benefit, so that they can easily pay and then pay back their card later, but businesses benefit as well. How you ask?

Well, they bring more customers because credit card processing is obviously a service many people are looking for who use credit cards. They don't have to worry about late payments, or waiting on payments for something. It also helps their business to run more smoothly with fewer problems. I believe it definitely helps in increasing cash flow for the business which is something all companies want to hear.

Designing Blog Templates

I finally got my Grandma's blog template done. I have had several family members come to me asking for my help in designing their sites. I enjoy it, so it's always a joy for me. It usually takes me about 4 hours or so...just to get all the details in there that they want. It was a lot of fun doing it, and I'm glad that she likes it. It's always nice to get done and have the person like the design that I did...so that's good. I have often considered designing blogs as a part time job....I think that would be a lot of fun.

Acne

For many of us, acne affects us as young adults...however there are still some adults who are searching for the best acne treatment out there. I suppose that is why we have so many ads and commercials advertising new and improved acne treatment options. I think it's great that people have so many products to choose from. Acne is not something that's easy to deal with...it effects self esteem and more. Having options for treatment is wonderful for those who struggle with it, even into adulthood.

Back Home...

Well I'm back from my business trip to Chicago, and although I had fun, it's nice to be home. There's something about eating your own food, sitting on your own sofas, and sleeping in your own bed. It's all better at home. I'm trying to catch up on my sleep and relax before the work week ahead. I probably should have taken a day off tomorrow just to catch up on sleep, but I think it will be ok.

Paying the Bills

When I got out of college I got a great job and was on my own financially for the first time completely. I really enjoy the responsibility of paying all of my own bills and taking care of everything on my own. I did have some help finding cheap auto insurance and things like that from my parents...as they're more wise when it comes ot things like this. They knew more about that kind of thing than I did. I'm learning though...and it feels good.

Business Trips

I really enjoy business trips. A few weeks ago I was in California...now I'm in Chicago. I really like Chicago...however I have to say that I enjoyed California even more!! There was just a lot more to see and do there. I enjoy all my business trips though. I like the things we get to see and do to better the company. I get back this weekend...hopefully I will have some time to just relax and enjoy my time at home before another work week begins.

Auto Body Shops

How would you like to find a local body shop just by sitting down at your computer?? I know I would. I lead a busy life, and most times it's faster to do that than search through the phone book or ask friends and family their opinions. I recently found a site where I can see maps and reviews, as well as ratings on local body shops where I live. Now getting estimates and making appointments is easy because I can do it all online! If you're looking for a long beach collision repair shop, or something else...this is definitely the site you need to look into.

Long Week So Far

It's wednesday, but it definitely doesn't feel that way. For some reason this week is just draggin on! I wish it wasn't that way....as I always enjoy a quick work week. I don't know why, but for some reason I really feel like it should be Friday! Maybe that's just wishful thinking, I don't know?!? Either way I sure hope that Thursday and Friday go by much more quickly than the first part of the week. I'm exhausted and could really use a relaxing weekend to recoup.
