Ted's Confessional

Ted is an important part of PayPerPost who didn’t let his weight discourage him from missing out on football, instead he turned to
asparagus...kind of....and got through!

Sorry to hear about your "fat kid" experience Ted! Ted is I don't personally know what it is like to be the fat kid but I’m sure it would be rough. Kids can be brutal! First of all though, Ted, don’t stress because from the video you don’t even look fat. But it’s true everyone needs to exercise whether they’re trying to lose weight or not and with a busy schedule it can be hard to get to a gym…so here are some things to try instead!
1. park your car towards the end of the lot (but be smart and don’t if you’re in a really shady looking area of if there are people who seem to be following you)
2. take the stairs instead of the elevator
3. have a couple of canned goods in your desk to use for weights when you have some down time (don’t worry, dumbbells would work to if you have them)
4. do leg lifts on your desk chair
5. take part of your lunch break to go on a short walk
