Sara Orem

Capella University is an online university that was founded in 1993. They are a fully accredited university with lots to offer both graduates and undergraduates. They have a pretty impressive team of faculty members as well. Including Sara Orem who helped Co-author a book on Appreciative Coaching. Appreciative Coaching: A Positive Process for Change is about helping people who are involved with companies and organizations learn how to approach their employees in a positive way to effect change in the work place. I found their theory to be quite interesting and I think you will as well. You can learn more about Sara and the university on their site.
