Renee and I have been sticking to our plan of exercising and walking almost every day. It's been so great getting to spend quality time together, as well as getting more fit and just feeling more healthy. We've also started to eat more healthy as well. I was finding myself conveniently eating out a lot, and decided that it's time to start watching what I eat a bit more. What better time to start than when we're already exercising so much?! Between the two things I'm really feeling good and more energized!
