House Hunting
My sister and her husband recently bought their very first home. They were very excited about it, but it was also a little stressful at times. I guess there's a lot that goes into buying a new home...and when it's your first time you have to learn all of the things that you need to do. They were pretty organized though and found a mortgage consultant and realtor right away. I guess those are the first two most important steps. After that they looked for homes in their price range and found one almost immediately!
