Electricity Bill

With it being so cold outside, I feel like all the heat does is run and run. Even when I have it fairly low, it still runs a lot!! I think that my windows don't have the best seal on them though, and this is probably part of the reason. When I sit in my livingroom I feel the breeze from the window. I'm going to have to get some plastic or something to put over it. I think it would help a lot with the electricity bill.
