Starting to Paint

I talked with my sister and she is SOOO excited today! Her husband is going to be starting to paint their basement, which is very exciting for her since they've been waiting so long to do that. She really hates the color that's down there right now...and can't wait to get it painted. The one thing she is bummed about is that they're not going to have the money right now to get carpet, and she knows once it's painted that she will really want to get it soon!
