Mirgraines
Going to bed earlier last night sure helped my head. I can't believe what a little rest and sleep can do for my head. Migraines tend to run in my family....and from what I've learned over the years, it's very important to eat right and get plenty of rest. I also enjoy exercising, which seems to help my head some too. If you suffer from Migraines, definitely try getting a good nights rest and eating a well balanced diet...it works wonders.
