Bad Experience With eBay

Have you ever had a bad ebay experience?? I hadn't until now. I decided to sell my old phone on there, which was still in great condition. I sold it, and as always just shipped it out (no tracking on it). I've NEVER had a problem, until this sale. The buyer purchases many phones at once, and if the seller does not have a tracking number he assumes he did not get it. I have come to the conclusion that this is a very unorganized way to buy on ebay. I'm bummed because he says he did not get the phone, and alhtough I believe he did...have no way of proving it. After 183 dollars...I've learned my lesson for next time!
