Muscle Supplement
When I was in high school and college I knew a lot of people that a muscle supplement when they were playing sports. I never did this, but from what I was told...they really do help. I don't really have a need to take them now, but back in the day I probably should have. Now my goal is just to stay at a weight I'm comfortable with and continue a healthy lifestyle. I'd love to work out three times a week and start eating better. It's tough when I'm so busy...fast food is always so much easier.
