Prenatal Vitamins
My sister and brother each have two kids, and it's fun to see them play and be as healthy as they are at such a young age. When talking to my sister I found that a healthy child starts even before they are conceived with prenatal vitamins. I would never have thought that a person would need vitamins before the child was even born, but it did make sense that the time in the womb is the most important and most crucial.
