Sleep
Doesn't it seem like sometimes you just don't have enough time to sleep? Though easy to do, putting off sleep in order to compensate for our busy schedules is definately not the healthiest thing to do. On average, Americans sleep roughly 7 hours a night, 1 to 2 fewer hours per night than they did 40 years ago. And, as we all know, when we do hit the sack, sleep doesn't necessarily follow.
