Updates
My sister and her husband have been doing lots of great updates to their home. They're actually looking to sell it this year some time, but felt it needed some things done before it was in the best shape it could be. They have painted exterior and interior, updated their kitchen, finished their basement, and now are looking at doing something with their garage floor. It's quite old and from the cold has actually become unlevel. I'm not sure what they're going to do, but any improvement would be a good one if you ask me.
