Super Pump 250
I often wonder how celebrities and sports stars diet. Some of them change their body types a lot for the movies they're in and the sports they play. For instance, I recently came across something called super pump 250. This was completely new to me and I was surprised to know that many tennis players do this. It's where they lose muscle mass, but not to the point where they have no muscle left, but where they tone down. This means jogging, eating right and no more weight lifting. It goes to show how slight changes in exercise routine can really change people.
