Worth It!
When I was in my early twenties I researched a lot of different diets for quick weight loss. Although I think there are some out there, they just weren't for me. I am not good to stick to a diet like this, so after I lost the weight, I stopped it and then the weight came back. I need more of a life changing sort of diet...one that's easy to follow and not quite so extreme. I've also learned that exercise is important. Unfortunately losing weight is not easy and it takes work...but the outcome is so worth it!
