Vitamins While Nursing

My sister was taking multivitamins when she was pregnant. After having her son she quit taking them. I was telling her my opinion on the matter and that she should really consider taking them again. She's nursing so I think it would be a good thing for both her and her son. Women who nurse have a higher likely hood of having a baby who becomes anemic. I don't want that to happen to my nephew, and I think my sister could help by taking her vitamins. Don't you think?
