Exercising
Now that it's nicer out I am planning to get exercising more outside. That means that I am hoping it will help me lose some of these extra pounds I accumulated over the past 6 months. I was looking into whey protein powder, but don't really think that's what I need. That's more for people who are looking to build muscle mass...not for someone wanting to lose a few pounds. I think I'll just stick to exercising for now and see how it goes. If I need to I may look into some sort of supplement as well.
