Lose Weight
For quite some time now I've been asking myself how to lose weight quickly, but still in a way that's good for me. I've come to the conclusion that there may be no 'lose weight quick' while still maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I really think I just need to get back into exercising regularly and eating better. I don't think eating out every day is helping, do you?! My goal is to lose a few pounds by the time summer comes around. Hopefully that will happen!? We'll see.
